Delivery Requirements
To ensure a smooth delivery process, please review the following site requirements:
- Clear Access: The delivery location should be accessible by truck and trailer.
- Flat, Stable Surface: Containers must be placed on a level and stable ground (e.g., concrete, gravel, or compacted soil).
- Sufficient Space: Make sure there is enough clearance for the truck to maneuver and safely offload the container.
If your site has limited access or special conditions, please contact our logistics team before delivery to discuss alternative arrangements.
Communication & Updates
Our team will stay in contact with you throughout the delivery process. Once your order is scheduled for shipment, you will receive:
- A confirmation email with your estimated delivery date.
- A notification call or email 24–48 hours before delivery.

Final Placement
Upon arrival, the delivery driver will carefully offload and position your container at the requested location. Please note that drivers are not responsible for site preparation or foundation work — these should be completed prior to delivery.
