Products & Descriptions
All products are subject to availability. We take reasonable steps to ensure descriptions, specifications, images, and prices are accurate. Minor variations may occur. Errors will be corrected promptly.
Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise.

Order Acceptance
An order is considered accepted once payment is received and an order confirmation is issued. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud (with a full refund where applicable).
Order Processing & Cut-Off

Orders placed before 12:00 PM on a business day are processed the same day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM are processed the next business day.
Delivery & Shipping

Handling time: 1–3 business days

Estimated transit time: 7–15 business days (location dependent)

Shipping fees are quoted per order unless stated otherwise.
Delivery times are estimates. Conex Group is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather, or other unforeseen events.
Risk & Ownership
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery. Ownership transfers once full payment is received.
Cooling-Off Period (ECTA – Section 44)
Customers may cancel an online order within 7 days of receiving the goods, without penalty, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless defective/incorrect).

A 20% restocking fee may apply to approved returns outside the 7-day cooling-off period (CPA compliant).

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection.
Returns & Refunds (CPA)

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Refunds exclude original shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/details. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the CPA.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before processing begins. Once processing or dispatch has started, cancellation may not be possible.
Privacy & Data Protection (POPIA)
We collect and process personal information in accordance with POPIA. Customer data is used solely to fulfil orders and provide support. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Conex Group is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or infringe intellectual property rights.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
